What We Collect

Account details you provide (for example: name, email, and sign-in information).
Product usage information needed to run and improve the service.
Security and fraud-prevention data, such as IP address, user agent, TLS and browser characteristics, site origin, and verification results, when you use protected forms.
Analytics data such as page views, navigation, clicks and other interactions, browser and device information, referrers, and general location derived from an IP address when you accept optional analytics. Depending on site configuration, this may also include session replay, survey, performance, or error information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.
We share data with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate and improve Useful Routine.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic and protect account access, account creation, and password reset requests. Cloudflare processes security signals as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile does not receive the contents of protected forms from us.
Depending on site configuration, we use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics to measure product and website usage after analytics consent.
These analytics providers may use cookies or browser storage and assign browser or session identifiers. We may associate signed-in usage with a stable user identifier, and PostHog may also receive the user's email address, so we can understand how people use and improve Useful Routine.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We use essential browser storage for authentication, security, consent choices, and features you request. Optional analytics and its related browser storage stay off unless you accept. If you later reject analytics, we remove Google Analytics and PostHog cookies available to the current site. Previously loaded scripts or other stored provider data may remain until the page is reloaded, the data expires, or you remove it through your browser settings. Data Retention and Security

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Useful Routine after an update means you accept the revised policy.
